who; Soubi (& Yayoi); narrative where; Err.. it doesn't matter when; January 1st, probably 4 am. summary; Umm.. Soubi figures Ritsuka might be mad at him if he doesn't take care of his friends for him? rating; Totally G.
At any rate, Soubi had noticed, and had then gone right back out to find the boy. He hadn't been that drunk, after all---he always had been careful with alcohol.
It had taken less time than he'd actually expected it to, all things considered. He'd started looking for public libraries, and then parks near those libraries, because if little Yayoi-kun was anything, he was a bit of a bookworm. And given his weak lungs, Soubi hadn't expected him to get too far.
He'd found the small boy curled up on a bench, dozing fitfully, with his breath rasping haltingly in his lungs in a way that sounded painful. Soubi didn't bother to do more than reassure Yayoi of who he was before he was picking the slight weight up and carrying him back to his apartment.
Ritsuka was definitely going to have to give him a kiss for this one.
