Ron gladly took the empty seat and examined the book that Charlie had handed him. He opened it and began to flip through the pages, eyes running over everything that lay before him. This was -- wait. Sign language? Really? Brows rising, Ron watched as Charlie began to make hand gestures. Ron desperately began to flip through the book, his blue eyes moving back and forth from the pages to her movements as he did his best to take in what it was that she was saying. Ch...charles? No! No, Charlie! Aha! A name! Well! That was all right then, wasn't it? Ron looked at the other girl and soon realized that she was doing the same.
He glanced down at the pages again and suddenly felt grateful that his name wasn't so terribly long. Three letters. Easy enough, right?
...wrong. It took him longer than expected to figure out how to sign it out properly. "R-O-N!" When he did manage it though, Ron couldn't help but let a pleased look cross over his features.
