Meeting!
Those were words to somber a person if there were any. Nathan's first question was how - or rather, his first question was what this was, because some sort of concerted group intervention seemed destined to failure and he could tell them all that, but the how was just as important right now. Elaine must have some sort of suggestion to bring them all here and he was truly curious as to what that could be that didn't just involve time and love as had been the case all along. However, as he had been far from a paragon of 'doing the right thing' for Peter in the past, he would listen.
Introductions, right.
"Nathan," he said, though it really was for the benefit of this Sarah, since he knew Gabriel and Charlie and was at least familiar with Elaine.
Elaine's pronouncement gained her all of Sarah's attention at first, because even if she was only vaguely familiar or had yet to actually meet most of the individuals in the room, she at least knew what Elaine was talking about as far as what Peter had lost recently. Not only lost, but suffered himself in both grief and in needing to hide behind another face because he was thought to be part of that same end. She'd known since that first meeting that if there was anything she could do for him, she would, because he was such a remarkable person. Now was a chance to do one of those things.
"I'm Sarah, it's nice to meet all of you," she said, smiling at them all in turn but her gaze lingering on Nathan out of curiosity, at least until she'd been caught and then she just smiled, folding herself onto the floor to free seating for the others and to wait for the rest of what Elaine was to say.
