WHO: Dr Perry Cox, Lois Lane WHERE: the bar Cox works at WHEN: Monday, June 6; evening WHAT: It's a bar. ;) Drinking. RATING: TBD STATUS: thread; in-progress
Being a bartender definitely hadn't been Cox's life dream, or even something he'd wanted to do, but the reality was, Jack had to eat. Oh, he could probably live off scotch and crackers forever, but a growing boy needed things like vegetables. He really, really didn't want to end up dead if Jordan ever wandered her incredibly slow, albeit extremely attractive, backside here to yell at him for not taking proper care of their son. And it was becoming clear he wasn't going back any time soon.
This place really didn't appeal to him in the sense it might others, all these TV characters and book characters around to get all excited about. That wasn't his style, and really, he didn't like most people. Oh, all right, there was House, who fulfilled his need to have someone to be himself at and actually get a snarky response back. And there was the Weasley girl, he'd always like her spunk in the books. But Lois Lane – well, that left him a little more personable than normal as far as introductions went because, seriously, Lois Lane. He could take or leave – generally leave – superheroes and villains, but ballsy females? Oh, now that was entertainment.
