"Oh, I do not believe that you are a stranger. Nothing about you is in the least bit strange."
Obi-Wan raised a curious brow, however, when she made a reference to his Jedi mental abilities. He canted his head to the side and grinned, amused. Were it anyone else he might find that statement unsettling. It wasn't always good having people knowing your abilities. Because then they had the advantage of knowing your limitations to those abilities. But Sarah seemed to be nothing more than an aura of happiness. She was very pleasant. And Obi-Wan didn't sense a single manevolent vibration in her presence.
Of course, his senses weren't always fool-proof. And he had been wrong in the past.
"You may know more about me than I do about myself. But no, I would never try and use that power on an innocent mind. Besides, I don't believe it would work on them. They're quite sharp and one of them has a quick wit. And combined they definitely have more schooling than I do."
No, Obi-Wan wouldn't dream of trying to use mental persuasion on a Nun. That could be dangerous.
"Or maybe I should be worried. You're not a Jedi in disguise, are you? Trying to manipulate my mind somehow?"
