"Hmm sarcasm. Keep it up, it's making me feel at ease."
Her tone couldn't of been more serious. In that way he reminded her of King.
"Well with my partner it's not so much that he's a jackass. We just have that strange one-sided flirtatious relationship... Well, that and yeah he is a bit of a jackass."
Abigail nodded and rounded a corner, she'd been kidding before, she could handle the bike easily. Just to screw with him she skidded the bike around the corner before taking off again, her eyes looking out for a bar until she came to a stop at a light.
"I'm used to calling people by last name. My partner's name is Hannibal, gets cracked on about it a lot. So he goes by King, which sometimes I think he believes that's a title, not a name."
Shrugging she licked her dry lips. She'd never talked so much before, it was making her a little self conscious. But without King there to take over she couldn't stop.
"As long as you don't suddenly break out with the need to bite me I have to reason to shoot."
Before he could question it the bike was off again at a break neck speed. She hadn't missed that his grip tightened, maybe he did like to be in control of a situation. She couldn't blame him, so did she. King always said she was a control freak.
