One never really could have enough clothing. Or shoes, for that matter. Rose had been doing a lot of shopping lately, but it was one of the few things that still felt normal. It helped her feel a bit better, really, even if it was a rather expensive form of therapy. She didn't care, though. Most of the time she didn't even purchase most of what she tried.
She had woken up a bit later than usual, having spent most of the night tossing and turning. She wasn't sure why she'd been so restless lately. She needed a job, or something to do. She needed to sort things out with the Doctor and his family. And...yes. God, she had a lot on her mind.
She hadn't been in the store longer than fifteen or twenty minutes before she had an arm full of things she wanted to try on. The clerk had let her into a dressing room, and she tried it all on, including a dress that she had been wanting-- though she didn't really have anywhere to wear it to. It was far too fancy. Ah, well. Sighing, she went back into the dressing room and changed back into her clothes before thanking the clerk and making her way back outside, wondering where she wanted to go next.
