Dawn seemed to visible relax as the wound in Spike's chest was healed over, the chains falling away, though relax was all relative of course. Especially as the name passed from the demon's lips. Of course. Nothing was ever easy for them was it. It just made sense that out of anyone they could run into in hell it would be the devil. Dawn was pretty certain she should be terrified but some sense of shock held it at bay, at least enough to keep her mind slightly clear.
She kept close to Spike when he moved to her, though she didn't really think either of them had much of a chance if the situation were to go physical. Dawn looked at the man in front of them, the devil himself. "But you could, let us go. He..." she paused, trying to cling onto the last bit of shock that kept her somewhat brave, or just stupid enough to think she was brave, "he's done good, the crimes he committed were not really his own, his soul is good," she said trying to keep her voice even, trying to keep herself from shaking.
