"Well, that's very nice of you!" the Doctor grinned; this was the first time he'd been in the one place long enough to actually start receiving visitors, and he wasn't entirely sure that was a good thing. But hey! It was the thought that counted... right?
He eyed his guns with a slight disapproval, but he was quickly distracted from making any sort of comment when John started rambling on about his appearance. "Oooh, so is that a 51st century thing or a Time Agent thing?" he asked curiously. Where some men might have been rather disturbed, the Doctor rather treated John's flirting as an opportunity to observe the 51st century human. "I was starting to think it was just a Jack thing," he admitted, scrunching his nose up slightly. "Oh yeah, it's quite a suit, isn't it? I picked this one up back in the thirties in London, when a suit meant everything to them. None of your mass-produced nonsense!" the Doctor rambled on, looking down at his suit with a sort of approval.
