As silent as the killing blows she'd dealt to her enemies countless times over the years, Jaina moved through the city streets without so much as a passing glance at anyone around her. Her attention was focused on the Force, or rather the veritable homing beacon that her brother offered through it, and her footsteps were measured and steady as she allowed his own power to draw her closer to him.
It was odd that he hadn't gone into hiding yet, she thought. In their own galaxy, that had been one of his fondest tricks. It was certainly a good one, too, and strange that he wasn't using it now. Jaina figured the only logical reason was that he simply didn't fear any repercussion for his actions. And, aside from a verbal tongue lashing that would have made both of her parents proud, that might have been all she would have given him, too.
If Anakin hadn't told her that his eyes had changed.
That simple fact alone was enough to make her seek out her twin to deal with this issue face to face. She didn't want to kill him and still hoped that it wouldn't come to that. However, she also couldn't allow him to run around attacking others. It was only a matter of time before he came in contact with Bastila Shan, at that rate, and then the rest of the planet was well and truly doomed.
So Jaina was stopping this before it could go any further. She wasn't going to find him with the intent to kill him, but she was going to make it clear once and for all that she could. Maybe, just maybe, that would be enough to make him see reason.
Highly doubting it, but refusing to give up hope just yet, Jaina finally came to a stop at the base of a building. Glancing upward, her expression went from casual indifference to determined as she Force jumped onto the fire escape then continued upward, virtually scaling the side of the building, until she reached the top. Stepping down off the ledge, onto the flattened expanse of rooftop, she glanced around once to take in her surroundings. Then, at long last, she spoke.
"I know you're up here," she said in a quiet, eerily calm tone. "We need to talk. Now."
