The semi feigned worry assuredly put Eve at ease as the urge to be wary, to stay guarded became unwarranted fleeting mental footnotes.
“I’m alone now…” She sighed, a prelude to the events leading up to where she came to be.
“I wanted to explore. So I left Pharma… and… I got lost… I guess I am a little hungry right now.” The recollection wasn’t quite clear but in Eve’s mind it was enough to form the whole the picture. She had been walking the better part of an hour getting more and more frustrated that the scenery didn’t match anything near her ‘mothers’ laboratory. She could’ve eaten a whole room filled with fruit.
As her mind suddenly changed a gear however her thoughts focused on the stranger. With a smile mirroring the woman’s own she asked the inevitable question.
