Her gaze flicked up to the woman and she gently closed the notebook and the book she had been writing notes in from. She stood to her feet and gave a small smile. "It's just Caryn. There's no need for the 'miss'." She replied and followed a short step after Aubrey to offer her hand to Integral. "It's nice to meet you, in person of course."
Those dark eyes moved over to Alucard for a split second, that feeling sliding through her mind and what felt like over her skin. Leaning against Aubrey's side, her head fell to rest against his arm; a movement of nerves? Mostlikely. Trust was not something she had in abundance as of late.
It's interesting, not quite what we have, but yet not so different either. He's a vampire, I can't pinpoint the age since I'm not Sarah. She'd be better at that, but so far, they seem relatively useful. ..I'm not donating blood to anyone else, for the record. She kept a smile on her face throughout this silent exchange with Aubrey, something no one else would hear and it comforted her a ltitle bit.
