Walking with Aubrey and watching people stare at his tattoos, at him in general, was something that made her have to swallow laughter. In the case of the females looking at him, it made her have to swallow the urge to kick them. She was too nice and then again, he wasn't hers. She just kept a smile on her face and kept walking for the time being.
As they ascended the stairs and he opened the door, she slipped inside with a murmured 'thank you' and moved towards the books. Her fingers lightly ran down the spines, before she snagged a few and went over to the table to sit down to start reading them. Her eyes scanned the pages, flicking through them and writing down notes in the notebook she pulled from her bag. Granted, Aubrey might be able to read this stuff faster, write faster, but she needed something to do or else she might go stir crazy..
