Jaina's brow furrowed slightly at the sound of her father's voice, her mind slowly beginning to waken from the slumber Jacen had placed her under. Her arm was still hidden from her father's view and she made sure that it stayed that way. Shifting slightly and turning her head, she glanced up at her father with brown eyes highlighted by dark circles beneath, her complexion pale - very nearly sallow looking - as she murmured, "You don't want to know."
It took almost all of the energy she had left to turn her gaze back to her brother, her brow furrowed a bit. "That wasn't fair." Yet even as she accused him of such a thing, her eyes were already sliding closed once more. She tried her best to keep them open, and finally questioned almost inaudibly, "Will you put me down?" If she was standing, maybe she could stay coherent enough for the inevitable conversation that was to follow.
