Jaina nodded, not trusting herself to speak as he took the turn on what felt like two wheels. Once he was moving away from the heart of the city, she slowly began to relax... and the exhaustion once more took hold. "Hmm?" she questioned, her attention having fallen to the scenery as it blew past. She glanced back to Jacen slowly, her skin white and clammy-looking as her body fought against the trama it had suffered.
"Yeah, this is the right way. You'll pass a sign that warns about feeding the wild animals and there's a small dirt road just past it on the left. Take that until it ends. We go on foot from there." With a soft sigh, she looked back to the window and turned her attention skyward, wishing with all of her heart that she was back in her own galaxy and not stuck on this rock so far away from home.
"I can't figure out why he didn't kill me," she stated softly after a second, her brow furrowing slightly as her mind turned it over and over again, with no answer becoming clear. "Doesn't it seem odd that he'd let me live?" She looked back to her brother once more, waiting for his answer as exhaustion tugged at her mind and weighed down her limbs until it was taking everything she had just to keep her eyes open.
The anger was still there, bubbling beneath the surface, but for the moment was overpowered. She doubted it would last long, though, and vowed as soon as she was able she would be getting her lightsaber back.
