"Jacen Solo, you slow down right now!" Jaina all but screeched, her foot about to go through the floorboard, she was stomping so hard. "And where are you going, anyway?"
She realized they hadn't really discussed where to go, or what to do. Although, since she'd gotten into the car, she hadn't thought much about her injury either. It was hard to think when your brother was driving like a maniac through congested Los Angeles traffic.
"This isn't a race! We're not flying! SLOW DOW-AHH!" Jaina seemed to all but shrink into the seat as a car they had been riding far too close to suddenly slammed on their brakes. Her eyes grew enormous as she once more pressed her palm into the roof and tried to remember to breathe. Passing out right now would definitely spell out certain doom.
"Red light, red light, red light, you're supposed to STOP!" But it was too late, they were already through the intersection to a chorus of honks and, she was certain, at good smattering of curse words from the other drivers just for good measure.
