All of that rain and darkness had been so depressing. Gabriel was more than relieved to see that they sun had returned and the rain had stopped, so much so that he had slipped out of the hotel and went to talk a walk. He was determined to find the closest park in the area. He was currently missing being able to go down to Central Park in the afternoon when he didn't have anything else to do. It would be nice to find something like that around here that he could indulge in as well.
Turning the corner, Gabriel paused as he spotted a girl headed down the sidewalk toward him, smiling and greeting everyone as though they were old friends. As uplifting as seeing something like that was, it was just as a disheartening to watch so many people either ignore her or glare at her like she was insane. Apparently people in LA were just as rude as New Yorkers.
