Adam almost had him sulking! Making him think he was going to have to stay in some skeezy hotel in downtown L.A. with nothing but the sounds of gunshots and sirens to fall asleep too. How cruel. He was nearly ready to use the puppy dog face to get his way. Then Adam caved without it and he gave a sheepish smile. "Aww..okay okay fine. Although..." Eyeing Adam a moment trying to weasel his way onto the bed, he raised his hands finally, defeated.
"I guess I'm not all that sad to leave home behind. I was afraid at first too..." Trying to keep a neutral face and likely failing as his concern was obvious. Shrugging as he looked up at the barely visible stars in the sky-he missed that part of home. Actual stars to look at rather than neon lights in store fronts and street signs.
"Too much was going on you know? Everyone was moving forward and I was just sort of standing still.." he gave a half smile and shoved his hands in his own pockets as Adam looked up at him. No, he didn't regret giving Turbo powers to Justin, the kid needed them, needed steady friends. But things got hard sometimes, not having any powers to fight back with and adjusting to life without being a ranger. He still had his power coin to fall back on if it came to desperate measures, but after the last time he used it he'd rather not experience that sort of pain again for a while.
