Damien smiled, hearing the voice of the evil wizard. As he stared at the figure, he would admit that it was indeed hard to see him. Ohh, but he could literally feel the darkness coming from him. So much evil. So much destructive potential. And if those books were accurate, he would cause so much misery in later years.
He stepped forward, seeing Logan next to the man. The poor boy looked like he'd been through Hell, as if he were so damn close to losing it.. but held on. Damien had to smirk at that, looking at the muggle. That was the perfect condition! Perfect to take and raise back up. What better way to raise a loyal soldier than to take them in broken, and rebuild from scratch?
"So.. you must be Logan." He looked him over, as if looking over a tasty steak. "Mmm. I suppose you'll do. I approve." He reached his hand over and lightly brushed his fingers down the boy's cheek, as he stared into his eyes. "Come here. Come to me.. that's it. Stand by my side.. there.. good boy.."
He gazed into the boy's soul as he gently held his hand, then planting a subconscious suggestion to not just hear and mildly accept Damien's words, but to feel soothed by them as well. And then he looked at Riddle. "Mmmm.... and I will have him, in more ways than one. Thank you, sir. I understand that he was quite useful to you.. is that correct? He excelled at giving you reliable information when it was requested of him?"
