Mohinder nodded his head, taking another sip of tea as he considered Gabriel's words. It made sense, the more he thought about it. When he had taken his watch to Gabriel, he'd been surprised by the way the man had seemed to know what was wrong with it just by glancing at it. But he'd put it down to a lot of experience fixing watches. But now that he thought about it again.
"I've read a bit of science fiction, yes," Mohinder said, thinking in terms of that to qualify what he wanted to say to Gabriel.
"You know how things work, and how to fix them," he said with a smile. "If it is an ability and not just skill you've developed over time...you have limitless potential, Gabriel. I mean...look at how you are with watches. Now imagine looking at...say...a bomb. If what they say is true then, by looking at it, you'd know how to disarm it."
