Gabriel looked up at Mohinder, shifting in his seat and taking a sip of his tea to try and calm his nerves before continuing, "I've always been able to fix things," Gabriel said, worrying his lower lip as he wrapped his hands around the cup, his eyes sliding down toward it. "Since I was a teenager, it's never really been that difficult. I've always just been able to tell how things fit together. But I never really worked on anything too difficult, but..."
Gabriel paused in his explanation to figure out exactly how to explain the next bit to Mohinder without sounding off his rocker. After a few minutes of silence, Gabriel laughed. There wasn't any way.
"This is going to sound crazy, but I ran into a teenager. But he wasn't... Well, he was... Have you ever read any science fiction?"
