On the contrary to the popular opinion, Edric worked fine with others. In fact, he needed others to work with, or else he'd end up doing all the heavy lifting, which was right out of the question. What he did not like was a democracy. Sighing again, he took another drag on his cigar, contemplatively. He wished that someone from Wolfram and Hart, perhaps Miss McGee herself, would appoint themselves leader and give out instructions, rather than debate how things were to get done.
Without much enthusiasm in his voice, he pointed out, "In tandem with this plan to utilize Mr. Wells, if the...Senior Partners wish to have this business done with at the Hyperion, they would expect us to move as soon as these healers are identified. After all, if one waits until the spy is eventually discovered, which he will be, with such a physical defect, then waiting only allows the Hyperion to increase protection on those compromised." Glancing at Miss McGee again, he added, "You wish us to not step on one another toes, which is exactly what will happen if we all choose to randomly act upon the information gleaned."
