Fine spoke up, "It might also be a good idea to have someone on the inside. I can easily track their records, accounts, purchases, satellite images.. but we should look closer. Personal. I know, they might not trust a single one of us."
He explained, as they were probably confused or curious, "There might be a way that one of them can serve as our spy. And if not, then maybe someone off the street who needs refuge." He held up his hand. Suddenly, his finger oddly transformed into a spike, as he held it in the air.
"A small injection into the brain. Not fatal. It's an upgrade to their nervous system, an upgrade which only I can reverse. There may be pain.. but not be able to express it. Everything they do, every word, every movement, every breath? All of it is under my control."
He smirked and added, as the spike changed back into his regular finger, "Of course, they may need sunglasses or something. Their eye sockets take on a blank silver-grey color."
