Laughing, she shook her head. "I don't know. I think if I got you drunk enough I could get you into a dress. I would almost bet my wand on it if I were stupid." She looked straight ahead, watching the rain fall as a distraction whilst she battled with her inner monologue about thanking him for letting her stay with him. It wasn't in her nature to thank people readily. Wincing, she spoke quietly. "Thanks, you know.. for letting me stay with you." There, it was done. She had been polite.
"Brilliant. How far is it, now? Because I could really hex someone right now for ruining my hair." As she spoke, she tugged on a strand of her now flat and weather ruined hair. It spent her ages charming it into curls this morning.
