Finally, was all Jaina could think as she made her way back to her X-Wing. There was a smile on her face and a bounce in her step, the upcoming race against the Falcon improving her mood greatly. She wasn't worried about winning, she just wanted to prove she was Han's daughter, no matter how old she might be now.
Sliding into her seat, she readied herself and slowly rose into the air and above the trees. She spotted the Falcon easily and hovered, waiting a minute for her father to make certain his ship wasn't in one of its stubborn moods. Then it was just a matter of getting him up above the clouds so he could finally see her, and she just knew he'd realize who she was once he saw what she could do.
