Okay, now this was getting ridiculous. First her mother shows up, and now her father, and neither knew who she was. The only one here who did know her was her twin, and Jaina wasn't sure how much longer they were going to be on the same side of things. She needed her father to believe her. Having him on her side would, at the very least, make her feel like this wasn't all in vain.
"What's the matter?" she finally questioned, deciding she had one last shot at this and had better take it, "afraid you've finally met your match? I mean, face it. The Falcon isn't as young as she used to be. And neither are you."
It was a challenge, more or less, and one she knew she'd lose. But if she could just get him to believe she was who she was, Jaina would take the loss. She'd trade her father's loyalty and support over her own sense of flying ability any day.
