Kara felt a hint of annoyance toward the woman ordering them around. She was never that good at taking orders except from her father, and look what had come of that. She didn't know how powerful this woman was, but she was going to assume she could hold her own against her, and that thought was what made her shut up and for the most part, ignore her, except for anything vital she might have to say.
She followed everyone outside, hands tucked into her pockets, a picture of someone completely at ease. She had yet to meet anyone she couldn't easily handle in a fight, so unless this law firm had something huge up their sleeve, she wasn't really worried for herself. Just for others, and most Clark, though she had to believe he could handle this not problem.
