After Kara had heard about what was happening at the Hyperion Hotel, the people she apparently use to work for, and that Clark was there, she had left right away. She had been sitting on the top of a another building again, she was doing that a lot these days, when the phone had rang.
Jumping to her feet, one arm went up into the air, and she launched herself into the sky, probably leaving cracks in the ceiling as she went, she was a bit anxious to get over there. Bringing back the sun was something she was in a rush to do. What exactly they needed her to do, she didn't care, but she'd do it.
Kara arrived just in time to catch the end of some man's speech, slipping through the front doors as quietly as she could, and then a second later she was standing behind Clark, hoping her late arrival went unnoticed for the most part. Well, obviously she wasn't going to be part of the group staying inside the hotel. She didn't know the first thing about magic. "Second Group." she said with a nod, shortly after some guy had mentioned not fighting because to snake bites. She would be no good in the hotel, but outside, she could do some damage on whoever was trying to stop them.
To Clark, she said, keeping her voice down low, "Are you sure you should be fighting?" she offered a smile, stepping up beside him. He really had no idea how good it was to see he was safe, and alive. "I'd really rather you weren't hurt, again." she had contemplated smacking him herself for allowing his powers to go out, but she was over that part, it seemed. Glancing at the sword in his hand, she raised an eyebrow. Clark shouldn't need a sword, if he did, he wasn't really in the best fighting condition. Not that she would stop him, but she would try.
