Not a witch, but that didn't mean she was unfamiliar with magic. Just not the same type of magic that this boy was using. From the way he'd reacted, the fact that he could use magic must have been a secret of some sort. The words he used to do the magic were odd to her, mostly because she could use magic without saying a word. But not everyone was like him.
"Yes, America." Which was far from where she was supposed to be as well. Very far. And the fact that it would likely be impossible to get back didn't exactly make her happy. Still studying him, Ceres thought. She wouldn't react as a normal person would at seeing magic used. Having been in existence for a very long time, not many things surprised her at all.
Smirking slightly, she said, "Obviously it is possible and thus here you stand." For her, it was simple to wrap her mind around, but perhaps it wasn't so simple for him. Humans and their simplicity. "I doubt it was a person who has done this. It feels too powerful for that."
Ceres shook his hand gently, amused. "I am Ceres. A pleasure, Al." She did look slightly intrigued at this point. "You are a sorcerer, are you not?" Not an extremely powerful one, but one nonetheless.
