Cordelia sighed. "Yeah," she replied honestly, "you do." A brief pause and she grinned. "But, that's okay. Part of being human is messing up. It's how you deal with it afterward that really counts." Holding up a hand to stave off any response, she added, "And, before you go reminding me that you aren't exactly human, you know what I mean."
Her hand went back to her lap and Cordelia offered him a soft smile. "The point is, Angel, you're trying. You just need to try a little... harder in some areas. Like with Zuko, for instance. I'll agree he's a lot like Connor in a lot of ways. But he's not him. You have to figure out some way to come to terms with that. Start treating him as more of a contributing member of this team than your son."
Another heartbeat passed and the Seer finished with, "And, just as a thought? Maybe you should try explaining to him why you're doing what you're doing. I know it means getting a little personal with someone you don't really trust, but it may go a long ways toward keeping him from being so... fire-happy, next time."
