With a tip of her head, Katara turned to go back the other way only to freeze when she spotted four more snakes heading at them from that direction. Quickly looking back to Dar, she said, "We can't." Looking past him to the snakes in front of them, then back at the snakes bringing up the rear, she stated, "You take those," and nodded at the ones blocking their path forward, "I'll handle these."
And with that, she went back around the corner, taking out two of the snakes with one water whip. Katara leaned slightly backward, water circling both hands rapidly, then stepped forward and shoved her arms forward, sending a wave crashing into the third and forth. Freezing all four, just to make certain they were all dead, she then went back around the corner to see how Dar was faring.
