Arthur nipped on his jacket, yes, his, and headed for the entrance. How anyone could think it was a good idea to wander around an unfamiliar city, a dangerous, unfamiliar city, in the middle of the night alarmed Arthur to his core. He enjoyed the freedom of being allowed to go wherever, whenever as much as the next person, but even he had a certain amount of self-preservation about him when he did it.
