Dean blinked. Normally when he heard her talking like that, he was half way to being passed out himself, so it was strange and very wrong to hear her that way so early in the day. His face set into a hard look, determination all but radiating off of him. He let her have one day to drink away her worries and pretend like they didn't exist, he hoped that she would give him the same under the circumstances, but at the end of the day Claire still had a lot of people who loved her, and he wanted her to focus on that, especially today.
"We're going to see my sister." He said firmly, then nodded toward the shower. He wasn't going to accept a lot of disagreement from her right now, because right now he was worried about more than making it to see his baby sister. No, now he was worried about Claire, about his wife losing the spark of whatever it was that separated her from just another jaded cynic. He wasn't going to let her lose faith in what they had here, and he sure as hell wasn't going to let her push them all away. "Get up, and get cleaned up, we're going to leave soon."
