They were all so young. She simply wasn't going to ever get used to it. Sure, there was that time the entire JLA had been de-aged, as it were, but she was included in that, and was not some fictional byproduct of their world. If it hadn't been for Dick, she would wonder why all the villians seemed to know her, but none of her former friends, regardless of age.
"Great Hera," she muttered, pressing her finger and thumb to the bridge of her nose. How would she even do this without sounding completely crazy? Well, Kal-El and Kara believed her. That was something. Resolutely, she lowered her hand and walked over to his workstation. Sliding into the chair next to him, she said, very low, "I wish I could say this some other way that seemed less...bizarre, but I am a terribly honest person." That was even understating it, she thought ruefully. "My name is Diana Prince....and although I know you aren't aware of who I am, I know you in another world. One where you and the others are all older, and we've been in the League together for years." And where your beard makes you look like Robin Hood, she wanted to say, but managed not to. "I've already spoken to Kal, and Kara, and Bart. I truly hadn't expected to see you here."
