It had taken a little while for Tara to get there too. She was closer to the zoo than Willow, but had taken the time to get an umbrella, not wanting to get completely soaked. Coming back from the dead, just to catch pneumonia, didn't exactly sound fun. Still, she didn't run. She just walked, because it really wasn't that far, hugging her jacket close as the umbrella kept her mostly dry.
She was nervous about seeing Willow again. It had been a long time...for the other woman at least. For her it had been both a long time and no time at all. Time passed differently after death and she couldn't really explain it in any way that would make sense.
She wondered if she and Willow would be able to go back to the way they had been. Things had been shaky between them, and Willow had had a long time to move on. She had been happy when her lover had said she hadn't, but part of her still wondered if Willow had said that out of obligation. She shook her head. No, Willow was honest about things like that.
She reached the zoo and spotted the redhead a few feet away. She'd changed her hair, not that Tara was surprised, and it looked good. "Hey, Willow," she said, suddenly shy.
