"Maybe he'll listen sooner than later." she offered, not know what else to say. If he really wanted to know the truth, there were ways. It was probably his own mind holding him back. That she couldn't help. And she sure as hell wasn't about to approach him about it. It wasn't like they were talking buddies on any level.
She smiled, not a happy one, but a sad one, maybe tired. "It shouldn't. Well, it shouldn't for me, there's no reason why it shouldn't for you eventually." demons switched sides, she knew two of them who had. Granted one wasn't by choice, but he still fought for team good guy, gave it his all and dreaded anything that might switch him back.
There wasn't much arguing with her reasoning there. "Close." she said, straightening out her back some. "I mean, lost, yes. But there's no reason you can't find your way back, you know. Eventually. You can move up and on from your situation." she was just...stuck. She could fall down further, but there wasn't any room for her to climb higher in this world. This wasn't her place. Maybe the damn powers just wanted to screw with her emotionally, because she didn't have enough of that at home.
