Nina noted the slight change in the younger girl's stance, recognizing it for what it was and adjusting her own to match. There was a respect to be had for a fellow fighter, Nina had even noted with the other competitors at Iron Fist. They might be enemies in the arena, but outside, one needed to acknowledge fellow masters of their art. "Aikido's served me pretty well," she nodded slightly. "Though I have added some other moves, things I've learned from colleagues." Being able to adapt, she had found, was key to success.
"Is that what it's called?" She raised a slightly intrigued eyebrow. "I haven't seen much of this city so far, I'll admit, but I managed to win some money there. It's..." she paused, pulling a face slightly. "Well it's not exactly what I'm used to, but it'll do if needs be. For now at least." She hesitated a moment before she decided to just go on anyway. "This city is pretty strange, isn't it? I've heard rumors, of things here. Not quite normal things."
