She'd heard someone come up behind her, though who it was, she wasn't sure. Anyone she actually knew probably wouldn't have bothered to come up the stairs, or to come up at a normal pace.
Taking a sip of her drink, Kara glanced over her shoulder to lay eyes on a woman she didn't know. Darker features, tall, move pretty quietly all things considered.
Glancing back out to the city, she nodded. "Yeah. It is." minus the pollution and such. "It's a nice view, I'm not use to city rooftops." then again it wasn't as nice as the view from space, this didn't hold a candle from the view up there. But most people on this Earth would never know what that was really like.
Now she knew this wasn't a public roof, and was half tempted to ask what the woman was doing here. But wasn't she sort of doing the same thing? Being where she wasn't actually allowed? Don't ask, don't tell, maybe. "Nice night for a rooftop stroll, I guess." she mused, leaning forward slightly to look right down at the side walk, her eyes focusing in on the people below.
