Amitiel considered warning him that stepping into a closet with an irritated mummy without having some sort of plan probably wasn't the best idea. However she knew that telling him such a thing wouldn't do much good and, truth be told, wasn't very inclined to make an attempt to change the way the Doctor seemed to do things. He'd survived this long without her interference, after all, so he would continue to survive without it still. Besides, in a way it was fun to watch someone who was so very brilliant do things that weren't very common sense oriented. Especially when she knew if he got into any real trouble she could step in and help him out before it got out of hand.
That didn't prove necessary this time, though. The Doctor exited the supply closet almost as quickly as he'd entered, looking no real worse for the wear. Amitiel stifled a grin as best she could, nodding her head in agreement and doing her very best to sound as serious as possible. She fell a bit short of the mark but thought she deserved points for effort if nothing else.
"Yes, well, I can't say I blame him. A supply closet might not be a sarcophagus but it doesn't offer much in the way of a view, either," she replied mildly. She briefly considered leaving it at that but knew, if she didn't do something, the Doctor would probably just go right back in there and try to reason with a mummy, of all things. As she would rather not risk his safety, or the mummy's escape, it was probably best she got involved sooner rather than later.
Turning briefly to a nurse who was making her way past, Amitiel quietly requested that the woman clear the corridor and pass the message along for the rest of the staff to do the same. The woman cast a wary glance at the Time Lord, gave a bit of a start when the door to the closet rattled loudly, then nodded and quickly hurried away. Now assured that the risk to others was minimal and she didn't need to stand guard to ensure they stayed away, the Archangel looked back to the Doctor. The corners of her mouth twitched ever so slightly.
"Would you like some help?" she offered. "I do make for a good distraction, if I say so myself."
