After Ernie's last message, Justin took no further time to even respond before he was out the door and on his way to the Ministry entrance. He went through the normal process, hindered slightly by the sign-in desk being shifted to another location to accomodate the gala, but it didn't take long for him to be inside and taking the lift to the floor for the DMLE offices.
This wasn't the first time, nor would it be the last time, Justin had been forced to make such a trip. Ernie... quite frankly wouldn't survive without him, or so Justin liked to think. After all, if it weren't for Justin's influence, Ernie would be all work and no play - kind of like a Hufflepuff Percy Weasley.
He strolled through the various cubicles, making his way to the office Ernie had been assigned upon his promotion. An office was certainly better than a cubicle, for so many things... but this was supposed to be for Ernie's benefit, not for Justin considering a shag.
Perhaps later though, if he met someone at the gala... I'm sure Ernie won't mind...
He didn't even knock, simply opened the door with his usual applomb. "Honey, I'm home!" he let out his usual greeting for his best friends, hoping to bring a smile to Ernie's face.
