Well that's not to mention that Ern typically took guilt and personal responsibility to new levels as a natural part of who he was.

"And just since I'm letting you stay for now doesn't mean that I won't send you home if I do believe that you're not competent to be working today--or ever for that matter," he added, in case she didn't already know.
