The problem with such potions is that without sensation it was difficult to tell how damaged things were, and Dean have full functioning back.

And after that we'd still need to follow up to be sure that your bones, muscles and tissue are forming properly and that you'll get as much functioning back as possible." What bothered him was the last bit, where he nor Healer MacDonnell wasn't sure how much healing could be expected from such injuries. It was something that she'd have to talk to Dean about sometime sooner or later once they had a better idea of that.

"I've been busy but alright," he replied, giving Dean a small smile that revealed a bit of tiredness. "I'm glad to hear that you're alright. I didn't really learn about it until recently just since we've been dealing with an emergency these past few days."
