Hermione had been distracted enough by the people zooming over the quidditch pitch that when the silencing charm hit her, she was taken by surprise, not expecting any danger in this particular area, and she couldn't grab her wand fast enough before the body bind hit her. She felt herself falling backwards, but was stopped before falling too far by whoever it was who had attacked her. Hermione's heart beat quickened, was this the witch who had attacked Ron and killed Penny? The one that killed Harry? Why was she after her? Hermione wasn't having the nightmares, she had nothing for that woman to take. Unless it wasn't about the memories this time, and she was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Panic set in as she was apparated against her will to an unfamiliar flat and dropped painfully on the floor. She stared at the ceiling above her, but still hadn't caught a glimps of her attacker, nor could she call out for help.
The scariest part was that no one knew where she was. They knew she had gone to Hogsmede, but she didn't even know where she was right now. But Dean had survived being kidnapped, Hermione didn't know if it was by Pandora or not, but who else would it be right now? With everything going on, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of other people that needed to be worried about above Pandora. A choked whimper escaped her as she strained against the body bind spell, then a throaty sound of frustration. Ron was going to panic, that was the last thing he needed right now.
