Michael shrugged, not really sure if it was good or not. "If she took him that meant that she didn't necessarily mean to kill him right away. So that gives him a chance, if nothing else. I don't know if it's a good one but..." The last thing that they needed right now was to lose a member of the DA. Sure, they weren't exactly getting anywhere particularly useful so far, but that didn't change the fact that Michael just felt safer with them all around him, advancements or not.
However that did not change the fact that none of them were really all that safe and Lavender - and now maybe even he - was in more danger than the rest and he still hadn't mentioned any of it to Anthony. And he knew better than not to do so, he just hadn't felt like he blurting it out, or maybe he just wasn't sure how to tell him without worrying him more. Michael leaned back into the sofa, and looked down at his lap, picking at his sweatpants a bit as he spoke as nonchalantly as possible.
