michael corner is reluctantly growing up (mlcorner) wrote in pandorarpg,
Michael grunted when there was a knock on the door. His wards didn't go off which meant it was one of a few people. "Come in!" he hollered across the room, not bothering to get up. It was rude, sure, but if it was Anthony he should have learned by now to just let himself in and if it was Lavender well she could let herself in too. Really anyone could let themselves in, it wasn't exactly that difficult and Michael was quite exhausted after going to his family's house last night and dealing with his brother's revelation and on top of that, his father's, so really he didn't feel like doing anything, least of all going to the DA meeting but he knew that he needed to.
He was sprawled out across his sofa in a t-shirt and sweatpants, reading Hamlet again which really he knew better than to do that especially after all the shite Lavender was pulling but he couldn't help himself. Hamlet was truly brilliant, pretending to be mad and Michael remembered back in seventh year when he was being tortured by the Carrow how he would always pretend that it was the most fun he'd ever had and in some ways, it actually did make it more bearable, believe it or not. "Hey Ant," Michael said when he saw his friend enter the flat.
