It was still stupid, to be walking into something where wards were up to keep people out, but maybe the time to be stupid was now. Still, he adjusted his wand so it was within easy reach, a safe apparation point in the front of his mind just in case he needed to get out of there as quickly as possible.

Rather than approach the alleyway straight on, Zacharias started toward it at an angle.
