Her family had money too, and would have been perfectly happy with Astoria simply staying home and not working. "I could have done the same, in fact, I did for a little while after graduating, but my mother isn't the most fun person to be around, so I found an escape through work. Really, Daphne was Astoria's best friend, she would do anything for her.

She laughed at his mention of the Honeypot. "I've never been there myself, but if you were going to be dancing, I think that would be a good reason to go! Might be interesting to bring in a few female patrons, since the place is sorely lacking in that right now." She had no problem with strip clubs, but she hadn't ever been to one, mostly because she'd never heard of one that employed males as well as females, so she didn't feel like there was much to draw her interest.
