He moved higher on the bed so they were at the same level, then pulled her close for another kiss.
"I don't blame you for being scared. I'm scared too. But, I promise, if there's anything I can do to help, I will. I've a few friends looking into warning systems and stuff. The moment we have something, I'll let you know, all right? You don't have to go through this alone."
