She was breathing a bit heavily as he continued his exploration of her body, quite happy with how things were going. But then things seemed to stop, and take a turn for the worst. Soon she felt his fingers run over the mark on her chest, over her heart, the physical mark she was having the nightmares.
When he spoke, she pulled the blindfold off and looked at him, listening to him list the people he knew who were affected. She almost felt guilty, like it was her fault it caused him pain, and she didn't want to cause him pain, not at all. It was so strange how she was more worried for the effect it had on him more than the fact that she was the one marked for death. She hadn't expected his reaction though, to wrap himself around her. It was far more comforting than any other reaction she'd recieved so far. Far more by a long shot. Her mother had yelled at her to get over it, because she was having them too, and she didn't need to hear about Astoria's problems when she had her own.
"I'm sorry," she said softly, not sure why she was appologizing, but feeling like it was the right thing to do. "You weren't meant to see it, I haven't really told many people. Kind of thought keeping it to myself was best. I didn't even tell the Ministry when they called for those affected to come forward. I was too scared."
