It was a bit disorienting being blind like this, but she giggled as she was led... somewhere. Like she said, she trusted him, she had no doubt in her mind that whatever he had in store would be brilliant.
She sat on the bed, feeling the smooth, cool sheets beneather her and let her hands roam over them a little before he returned to where he'd left her. Something smelled delicious, and she rememberd then that she had mentioned chocolate to him, and that was what she smelled. Now she couldn't wait to see what he was bringing her. She obliged, opening her mouth, and was rewarded with the sweet, yet every so slightly tangy, taste of a chocolate covered strawberry. The chocolate was warm and melted too, which only made it that much better.
She let out a sound of appreciation as a smile played across her face. "Absolutely delightful," she said. "You really are a man of your word." Not that she had doubted, but the evening before this had caused her to momentarily forget the details of their earlier conversation.
